Roof height adjustment systems

LiftMaster 750N

Under the name HESTAL LiftMaster, Hesterberg offers numerous roof height adjustment systems for the commercial vehicle industry. These are mainly used in curtainsider vehicles (trucks, trailers and swap bodies).

The LiftMaster is used for two main reasons:

Firstly, to raise and lower the vehicle roof for loading and unloading operations. This means that the entire load compartment can be used up to the roof, as the required through-loading height can be ensured by the raised roof.

Secondly, to adapt the height of the vehicle roof to the required load volume. On the one hand, the roof can be raised and lowered for more space during transportation (within the permissible overall vehicle height) or completely lowered for efficient fuel consumption.

The HESTAL LiftMaster portfolio consists of four different
types, which are interchangeable thanks to a modular principle.

The LiftMaster 750N with robust toggle lifting mechanism is particularly suitable for light roofs with many loading and unloading operations, e.g. factory traffic. The integrated drop brake ensures a high level of safety for the operator.
