LOAD SECURING AIDS

The patented HESTAL CargoMaster is a specially developed expander rope system for load securing, which eliminates the need to throw lashing straps, nets or tarpaulins over the load. Thanks to intelligent deflection and tensioning technology, unused lashing straps or complete nets or tarpaulins are automatically pulled tightly under the vehicle roof with the CargoMaster system.

In conjunction with the Hestal Base platform kit in aluminum, the VarioSave system is the form-fit load securing system for general cargo and long materials in the area of steel and long goods transport. VarioSave can be variably positioned and used within the loading area in the longitudinal and transverse direction. Thanks to various types of fastening, e.g. mobile end wall versions and versatile tensioning options for the VarioSave sticks, individual loading is possible depending on the load.
